Installation was a breeze. Compact size and light weight. Note ... On line picture @ time of order showed unit with its contact switch mounted to the side of the reel. Shipped unit did not. No big deal I guess, but would haved preferred it to be all self contained. If you are fed up with tangled and kinked hoses this is your answer. I give it a 5 star rating.

Too bad the company will not sell the brass hose to pipe fitting that cracked. Told me to by a whole new unit just for a $5.00 defective part. Poor customer service.

I ordered a shoreline drinking water reel that arrived damaged. When I call your office I was greeted by a very friendly and caring person. I was told that I would receive instructions via an email on how to return the item. Within an hour I received a shipping label to return the reel and was told a new one was on it's way. I returned the damaged reel that day and within four days a new reel had arrived. WOW... that's customer service. Thank you..

This was a replacement for original equipment  on a 2004 Momaco. It is smaller than the other reel we had and works great. Very easy to install.
